Sumatra 0.7.4 release notes

Sumatra 0.7.4 is a bug-fix release. It fixes the following bugs:

• issue 301: “Upgrading fails when record store is not in .smt directory.”
• issue 287: “Using –addlabel=parameters raises TypeError(“can’t intern subclass of string”) in Python 2.7.”

In addition:

• Long version numbers/hashes are truncated in the record list view
• We have restored the diff view in the web interface, which was accidentally removed during the preparation of the 0.7.0 release.
