Sumatra 0.7.4 release notes

*October 16th 2015*

Sumatra 0.7.4 is a bug-fix release. It fixes the following bugs:

* `issue 301`_: "Upgrading fails when record store is not in `.smt` directory."
* `issue 287`_: "Using --addlabel=parameters raises TypeError("can't intern subclass of string") in Python 2.7."

In addition:

* Long version numbers/hashes are truncated in the record list view
* We have restored the diff view in the web interface, which was accidentally removed during the preparation of the 0.7.0 release.
